You may not involve my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, Artificial Intelligence, or any future inventions in these areas. All artwork commissioned from me is for personal use only and cannot be commercialized unless agreed otherwise.I am generally comfortable drawing:

◆ Anthro/furry charactersIf you are unsure whether your idea falls within my comfort zone, feel free to ask me!I will not accept commissions that contain hateful, discriminatory, extremist, or offensive content.I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason. This may happen if I am unwilling or uncomfortable with your ideas, or if I cannot fulfill your vision. I will also refuse to work with clients who have problematic histories, which may include involvement in theft, scamming, harassment, controversies, or any ongoing drama.

Process & Turnaroud

Commissions are primarily handled through Ko-Fi and paid in EUR (€). If Ko-Fi is not used, payment will be processed through PayPal via invoice. Your commission will not start unless the full agreed amount is paid.My commission turnaround is usually no more than a month. A sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding, and I will provide WIP updates throughout the process. Please note that the linework appears to be missing details, as these are added during rendering.Clients may request reasonable revisions during the sketch and WIP stages. Major changes after completion will be charged. However, I am willing to make changes if it is a mistake on my end.The finished artwork will be delivered digitally as a PNG file. No physics product will be shipped or delivered.

My rights as an artist

I retain all rights to my artwork, which means I have the freedom to share it on online platforms. This includes displaying my work in digital portfolios and content examples, or utilizing it for commercial purposes in both digital and physical formats, such as art books and curated collection files.I kindly ask for your respect regarding my creations. This involves refraining from tracing, drawing over, altering, or otherwise manipulating any piece of my art. My work mustn't be subjected to any form of hateful symbolism or used in a hateful context, nor should it be employed in any way that discriminates against the art form or offends others.Additionally, please do not remove or alter the watermark featured on my artwork. Typically, you will receive an unwatermarked version of your commissioned piece, and I request that these unwatermarked images be kept private and not shared outside of your personal space.

Your rights as a client

As the owner of the character rights, you have the freedom to share your commissioned artwork on online platforms. This includes personal websites, galleries, and other non-commercial contexts, as long as proper credit is given.It’s important to note that unless we have a specific agreement stating otherwise, all commissioned pieces are intended solely for private use. This means you cannot monetize my artwork in any way. Should you choose to sell the character, the additional selling price of the artwork must not exceed the original amount you invested in commissioning it. This policy extends to any designs I have created as well.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are generally not available once work has begun. In the situation that I am sure I’m unable or unwilling to complete your commission, you will receive a partial refund based on the progress I have made on the artwork.Please note that issuing a chargeback will result in being blacklisted from any future transactions, including commissions, adopts, etc. Your name will also be informed to others and publicly to warn other unfortunate artists who may potentially make any exchanges with you.

By getting a commission from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.Please note that I work on a smaller canvas than some artists.
